A painting that I can’t seem to stop changing. On the back, I can see I signed it in 2019, so that was apparently the first time I thought it was finished. In the most recent previous resolution, I had thought that the flat background had sort of ‘made space’ for the chaos of the portrait. Which I think was the right idea, just taken a little too far. Anyway, this is where it’s landed (For now??)
